  • Every owner shall be a member of the Cornerstone at James River Subdivision Association and shall therefore be subject to periodic assessments that shall be exclusively used for the purpose of promoting the welfare of the residents of the Subdivision.
  • There shall be no modifications to existing landscaping (i.e. removal of trees) and no lots shall be re-subdivided unless otherwise permitted by the Association.
